Frontend Developer Jr / Ssr - [Yb021]

IT Resourcesis looking for aFrontend Developer Jr/Ssrto join a team of an important lab.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:
To manage of vendor in cases where a partner vendor is required.
To work directly with business users and third party partner users.
SME for Platform and All Applications Included.
Change Control: to assess, approve, and execute system changes (including release management).
To administrate and control User Account & Access.
System Maintenance, Upgrades and Recovery.
To manage problem and incident: Provide L3 support to resolve technical support tickets.
To integrate Interface Ownership: Primary contact for interfaces sending data to the platform.
To Maintain all System Documentation.

To ensure the security and compliance of the system.
License Management: to review periodic to ensure adequate licensing.

Requirements:
Professional IT degree or related
High level of proficiency in English (speak, read and write)
Experience in multi-channel marketing
Technical background/experience
Knowledge in SQL, XML, JavaScript, and HTML
Understanding of web analytics and tag management
Understanding of relational database, client-server and data integration concepts.

Desirable Requirements:
Campaign Management experience ( Adobe Campaign, Marketo, IBM Unica, Salesforce, etc.)
Prior experience working with international stakeholders
ITIL certified
JIRA/Confluence experience
