Full Stack Developer (Php/Slim + Jquery/Html/Css)

The Role

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Full Stack Developer experienced in PHP (Slim framework) and frontend technologies including jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a Scrum team, contributing to both backend and frontend development, writing clean and efficient code, and optimizing performance, particularly in PostgreSQL databases.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using PHP and Slim.Build dynamic and responsive frontends with jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.Participate fully in all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).Follow established coding standards, best practices, and documentation requirements.Collaborate with team members across design, QA, and product to ensure cohesive development.Write and optimize PostgreSQL queries for performance and scalability.Integrate with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth backend/frontend interaction.Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with PHP development, including Slim framework.Proficiency with JavaScript, especially jQuery.Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.Experience writing and optimizing PostgreSQL queries.Understanding of RESTful API integration and web application architecture.Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)

Experience working with Figma or collaborating with designers using design tools.Familiarity with Docker for local development and deployment.Exposure to Kubernetes environments.Experience with AWS services such as S3, SQS, SES, and Lambda.
