What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on Python-based back-end services
- Build and optimize React-based front-end components
- Integrate and optimize workflows with AI-assisted coding tools (LLMs, code agents, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI-enhanced development
Must haves
- 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, with a focus on Python back-end services
- Solid knowledge of React for front-end development
- Experience in LLM-assisted development environments (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or any other)
- Proficiency with REST APIs, databases, and cloud environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best software engineering practices
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Nice to have
- Background in AI/ML concepts or experience integrating AI services
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments
