Job Role Responsibilities 13;
We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic Functional Analysts with a degree in IT or Business Administration or close to graduating that are willing to take on the following responsibilities:

Understand and continuously learn modern application fundamentals

Be the interface between our customers and the development team
:
Work with our business customers in a UCD approach to understand their needs, define/write user stories and work with them to deliver IT solutions

Troubleshoot and support application issues
:
Apply and advocate the agile methodology framework
:
Identify opportunities for process efficiencies, automation and enhancements to existing solutions as well as looking towards new technology adoption
:
Ability to effectively leverage data, design dashboards, KPIs and being able to report back to management timely and accordingly
:
Interface with enterprise architects and design leads from different domains to align on industrys latest and greatest best practices and trends
