Your responsibilities include:
Manage ongoing profitability of your hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceededLead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishmentEnsure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel and HiltonDeliver achievable hotel budgets and set strategic goals for the propertyProvide effective leadership to hotel team membersLead business planning effortsEnsure compliance with Hilton Brand Service StandardsControl costs and source revenue opportunitiesManage and develop the Hotel Executive team for career progression and succession planningHold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD teamRespond to audits to ensure continual improvementWhat are we looking for?A General Manager at Hilton should embody our values and demonstrate the following:
Experience as General Manager or Director of Operations in a similar quality hotelDegree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalentStrong commercial acumen with experience in increasing profitabilityExperience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecastingExcellent leadership and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sectorAdditional advantageous capabilities include:
