Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be expected to provide daily Human Resources guidance, advice, and support to assigned business unit employees and managers on all functional areas of Human Resources management for the assigned country or region. You will escalate more complex Human Resources issues to HR leadership. In your role, you will ensure the uniform and consistent application of company policies, adhering to Equal employment opportunity/Affirmative action plan, guidelines, developing and administering effective human relations programs that support the company s corporate objectives. You must also be an active part in the development of Human Resources practices with other members of the HR team. You need to demonstrate limited employment law knowledge. We require you to perform duties under indirect supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures. You will need to interpret human resources policies and aligns resources and people to meet strategic goals.
For this role, you will ideally have two to four years experience in a fast-paced HR function within a multi-national corporation, preferably in financial services. Excellent communication skills will make you stand out, as well as the ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner. You should also have strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graduate-level qualification, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration. You should have an intermediate English Level.
