Job Description:
Assist Team Supervisor in quarterly Forecast and annual Price List processes for the Local Corporate Functions.
Responsible for giving support to the Geographic Services - Mexico.
Process monthly journal entries (cost adjustments and cost distribution entries – SAP Financial & Controlling).
Produce monthly cost reports and analysis for Geographic Services area management. Support in preparation of data and analysis to be presented to the GS Finance Lead.
Work in collaboration with other local finance teams on ad hoc projects as needed.
Establish a thorough understanding of the process and participate within calls and initiatives connected to the Geographic Services financial process.
Expectation is that successful candidate will remain in role for at least 24 months due to the complexity of the role.
Basic Qualifications:
University degree or advanced studies in finance or accounting
Knowledge on finance and accounting metrics and SAP Business Reporting.
Advanced Excel skills (Macros and automation skills is a plus)
Intermediate level in English
