Recognized world leader in the area of supply of pumps, valves, seal automation, and services to the energy, metalworking, oil, gas and chemical industries, among others is looking for a Supply Chain Manager for its plant in Mendoza

ROLE SUMMARY

: Lead and manage the site Supply Chain team to deliver site:operational objectives and provide outstanding Supply Chain service levels on quality and delivery whilst achieving lowest total cost of acquistion for direct material, indirect godos and services, and logistics.
: Be an integral part of site management team, representing strategies and objectives of Global Supply Chain team.
: Drive deployment of Supply Chain processes and resource development while adhering to Company procedures and policies
: Manage the team of Buyers who are responsible for acting on order suggestions (requisition or other) and exception messages generated by MRP system.
: Manage the team of Logisitcs Analysts who are responsible for handling the day to day logistics movements for incoming godos to the site
: In collaboration with the Global Supplier Performance Group, manage suppliers performance (on:time delivery and quality) for site specifics deliveries/suppliers
: Track and improve site Supply Chain KPIs vs those defined by the Platform SC Director/Global Supply Chain
: Buy strategy / Supplier managed Inventory programs / Net 60 days as mínimum supplier pay term)

REQUIREMENTS

: Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or similar.

: 5+ years SCM Commodity Management experience
: Excellent verbal written communicational skills in English (with preferenceto one or more additional lenguages)
: Solid negotation skills
: Ability to multi:task and set priorities accordingly
: Proven workingexperience in collecting and Analyzing data
: IT proficient (Microsoft Office)
: Results Oriented and problem solver
: Ability to manage and motivate teams
: Demonstrated Project management skills
: Willingness to travel up of 20 of the time.
: Wide Cultural adaptability, change oriented, stress resistant
: Ability to work within a Matrix organization with good influencing and effective listening skills
