But NORMAL is much more than fixed, low prices and well-known brands.Our goal is that it should always be a new and unique experience to visit one of our stores, and therefore NORMAL- in addition to the regular assortment of well-known branded products – offers a constant replacement and circulation of products on the shelves and podiums, so there will always be new products to discover and explore.As our new Spanish Store Manager, you will play a key role in offering our customers a unique shopping experience and developing your store together with a committed and motivated team of colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:- Develop and build customer loyalty.- Manage the recruitment, training and development of the sales team in a motivating, dynamic and friendly environment, implementing the commercial policy of the brand for which you will be responsible within your store.- Ensure excellent store management, focusing on performance, i.e. sales, management, receiving goods, replenishment etc.- Create a dynamic point of sale, focusing on optimizing merchandising.- Regular reports to your Regional Manager.- You have a solid experience within retail, in the role of Store Manager or Department Manager.- Your management profile makes you capable of leading and motivating your team.- You are passionate about store management and have a flawless sense of commerciality as well as customer service.- You are eager to contribute to the development and optimization of NORMAL's unique business concept.- You can work independently and also enjoy teamwork, always with diligence and a keen eye for detail.- You will be present and in the front line in everyday life, and you know how to put words into action.At NORMAL,you will develop your capacity to understand and unfold a rapidly developing concept,and to implement this concept effectively to your customers.
