Under general direction of the Distribution Sales Manager Midasur, profitably grows the distributed chilled water product businesses. Leads our channel optimization strategy for the assigned regions Peru and Southern Cone. Additionally, drives market share growth of chillers, air handlers, and other air distribution systems in assigned regions Peru and Southern Cone.

: Leads and fosters a safe working environment with goals of zero lost time and zero recordable incidents. Ensures everyone in the business participates in the safety effort.
: Under the supervision of the Sales Director DX LA, develop, implement and executes our channel growth strategies.
: Develops and implements a market by market playbook focused on optimizing our channel relationships that enable 1 and 2 share positions for the DX market in Argentina.
: Drives the execution of local market product distribution action plans (play book) and ensures optimal market coverage, penetration and share growth by leveraging multiple channels to market.
: Drives Continuous Improvement strategies to improve on predetermined key business metrics.
: Hires, retains, performance manages, and plans for career development of direct reports. Prepares and delivers clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for direct reports. Creates and implements a succession plan with regular and ongoing performance management.
: Improves on employee engagement, ensuring that all employees participate in the survey and all managers/ supervisors develop and implement improvement plans.
: Improves on workforce and supplier diversity and achieves assigned targets.
: Acts and manages the business with honesty and integrity, following the highest ethical standards; complies with all local, state and Federal regulations.

Educación/Experiencia

: Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering
: Minimum 3 years of managing a sales or product management of DX products.
: Travel maximum 40 of the time.

Habilidades Técnicas

: Microsoft Office
: Software for selection of HVAC equipment and controls systems preferred
: Advanced English
