Position Description: The candidate will work closely with the Global Account Teams providing high quality backend operational support to Lenovo biggest customers.
Sales Support and Operations Specialist main responsibilities are creation of local country versions of customized products during product transition. Renewal of Multi-Country & Regional quotations, as well as, customers catalog creation and delivery using CRM (SAP).
The candidate will manage multiple tasks and processes and must be able to effectively prioritize and produce accurate and timely results on a consistent basis. This role will also be responsible for ensuring continuous operational processes improvements, from definition to creation and maintenance that serve as the foundation for the global business.
