The EAC Change Team is responsible for giving financial support to the OGs, GPs and Global leaders in the EAC Changes, FIN45 and Proactive Contract´s WBS element Closure Processes, being part of the Global Operations TeamThe responsibilities of the role are:
Be in charge of the EAC change approval process, control of the EAC Changes Forms, Conference Call Coordination, including the creation of its Agenda and Minutes
Communicate to the CFM/CPFLs the EAC Change status and tracking of the offline approvals
Performs EAC Changes report for the OG Management and analysis between approved and processed amounts in SAP
Give support to the Decision Support Team and Finance Director of the OGs/ GPs.
Validate and control the reports in order to guarantee their integrity.
Analyze contracts with Fin 45 guarantees, prepare the corresponding reports and hold calls with OG DST and OG CFO.Ad-Hoc Reports.Key Responsibilities
Analyze information received from CFMs, Finance Leads, APFLs, CPFLs, SPOCs, QMDs and provide them guidance regarding accuracy of the data obtained.
Expand knowledge and understanding of specific end user need to be able to offer a view on issue resolution and potential next steps
Be proactive in analysis and play a bigger role in shaping discussions and bringing observations to the team
Improve the deliverables process efficiently, automating the operational activities and focus on being more involved on the process from an analytical view.
Ensure and reinforce the quality on Deliverables.
Deep understanding on the Standard process map for EAC Changes, Fin 45 & and Proactive Contract´s WBS element Closure Processes to ensure accurate deliverables.People Developer
