Responsible for Global Payroll Accounting within a new global outsourced model, working closely with the outsourced accounting service provider to ensure timely, accurate, and the general integrity in the execution of all payroll-related Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts in accordance with Company and statutory regulations.
Managing a team with focus on policy, control and strategy execution and development of operational/tactical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management and KPI service level review
- Thought Leadership and guidance on Payroll Accounting Policy
- Develop resolution matrix and support escalation path
- Ensure timely execution of ad hoc analytics and reporting
- Manage a team of Payroll Accountants
- Responsible for accurate Pension accounting
- Responsible monitoring the Payroll Balance Sheet Review
- Lead Process improvements projects
What you need to be successful
- University/Bachelor’s Degree. Qualified Accountant desirable.
- Experienced 5+ Finance professional with significant experience in KO Accounting and Controlling operations working across international borders.
- Project management experience, desire to redesign process and systems to create efficiency. Strong familiarity with Operational Excellence principles.
- Detailed knowledge of financial reporting and accounting requirements.
- People and Team Management experience
- Experience in Vendor Management/governance
