The global team is located in the following locations:
US - Jersey City, NJ, Columbus, OH and Plano TX (new location)
Regional hubs in London, Warsaw, Singapore and Buenos Aires (new location)
Operations/Administration – MumbaiAs part of the Global Mobility team, Regional Managers are responsible for providing advisory services and acts as a senior point of contact for HR Business Partners, HR country heads, business managers and relocating employees within a defined region. The regional leads report to the Global program lead and often discuss policy, program strategy and plan design to strive for global consistency where possible. Close partnerships with their regional peers is critical and oversight of 3rd party vendor partners is also essential in providing end to end services for relocating employees.The ability to understand and clearly communicate policies, programs and all relevant processes is critical for success, as are flexibility, multi-tasking ability and strong influential skills, to ensure services and deadlines are met by others involved in the decisions and program management.Additional responsibilities include:
Manage an analyst, responsible for the primary day to day delivery of work described above
Liaison with all teams within the mobility department, including the following: Regional teams, Infrastructure team, benefits, vendor management, operations team and business manager
Partner closely with internal HR Technology department
Active participation with the senior mobility management team on future enhancements and efficiencies
Learn the new mobility software platform and utilize the system to manage deliverables and regional reporting
Qualifications:
College / University degree
Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues timely
Challenge the status-quo, suggest alternative efficient approaches
Strong interpersonal, written/ verbal communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and has ability to work well under pressure.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications
Broad knowledge of HR policies and processes and their effects on expatriate management
An understanding of international compensation, payroll and tax
Experience with expatriate benefits a plus
Experience working with remote teams or cross functional teams in a partnership a plus
