The opportunity The job holder will work on several client accounts/ engagements, where they will be involved in delivering all service management aspects of multi- national engagement.
Specific activities
Execution of the full scope of activities associated with the Assignee Life Cycle including but not restricted to: Client initiations, meeting coordination and communications
Organizing annual EY site visits or country calls etc.
Document collection and review
Billing
Writing internal & external communications
Ensure adherence to EY's risk management protocols
Deliver on accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness in tasks
Own accountability for performance and quality metrics; SLA/KPI reports, client reporting, escalations, utilisation and performance metrics 
Identify opportunities to improve quality, business performance and process efficiency.
Contribute to ad hoc projects, including research, project management and data collection activities as required.
Requirements Advanced students or graduates in Business Administration, Commerce, Project management professionals will be preferred.
Fluent in English (The position requires to speak English daily).
No previous experience needed but it is considered an added advantage.
Candidates must demonstrate: Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail
Exposure to quality control and risk management processes
Ability to manage high volume in a high-pressure environment
Proven administrative and organizational skills Skills and attributes to qualify for the role Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Economics (Preferred)
