For international TELCO we are looking for a Government & Enterprise Pre Sales who will be responsible for supporting sales management and customers in establishing, developing and closing business opportunities in the field of Government & Enterprise Solutions. He/she will be responsible for all the presale support of products for this field.Responsibilities:? Presale support including bidding(RFI/RFQ/RFP), network design, proposal, pre-sale testing support etc.? Promote full range of Compant Government & Enterprise solutions which include VSS, GPON, DWDM, etc. Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.? Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.? Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.? Support for customer relationship management.Requirements:? Minimum Bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics, or relevant majors.? At least 3-5 years of work experience in technical sales in other vendors or technical chief/manager in G&E or operators field? The knowledge and experience regarding VSS, GPON, DWDM solution? Demonstrable knowledge on networking technologies, telecommunication solutions? Ability to understand the customer?s needs in order to design the desired solution.? Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with Sales management.? Familiar with other vendors? IP Network products? Good Experience in network design & customer relationship building.?
