Where you'll work This role can be based in Buenos Aires, São Paulo, Mexico City, or London (hybrid setup supported in each).
What you'll be doing Take full ownership of our accounting and controlling function across multiple entities and countriesLead all close, reporting, and consolidation processesEnsure local and group-level compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards and coordinate with external auditorsOversee all regulatory filings and tax obligations across LATAM markets (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia)Build and implement a company-wide ERP system including setup of a Group Chart of AccountsSet up robust A/P and A/R processes and collaborate with Treasury on high-volume transactionsDrive process improvements and automation across all finance workflowsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracyWhat you'll need 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, controlling, or financial operations within fast-paced or multinational environmentsStrong knowledge of multi-entity consolidation, IFRS, GAAP, and international complianceHands-on experience leading ERP implementation projectsAnalytical mindset able to withstand fast-paced, high-uncertainty, high-growth fintech environmentSign-on stock options bonus, so you become part of the success of the companyDiscretionary performance bonus (stock options)Paid annual leaveLatest technology to work withBe part of a high-calibre team building something meaningful across LATAMVisa/relocation support offered to join our London hub
