Manage strategic alignment with other IT departments and implement strategies with technologies.Scout for innovation in the field of responsibility and beyond, and implement them to create business value.Contribute to the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes by applying adequate strategies, IT methods, and technologies.Responsible for leading and managing all project management activities related to support across all Boehringer Ingelheim OPU's in the region.Accountable for monitoring and delivering overall application service quality and delivery in the region.
Coordinate service delivery on a regional level and ensure alignment across multiple regions.
Responsible for further development and continuous improvement of service delivery according to SLAs.Responsible for proper communication with IT functions to meet IT needs and goals.Act as regional internal IT business partner.Ensure compliance of IT processes and services with laws, regulations, and SOPs, considering global requirements and their impact in the region.Manage and develop the IT human capital in the assigned region to provide excellence in performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.Create a culture of innovation to foster a competitive advantage in the function via technologies.
Identify IT or Pharma industry processes or technologies that could provide Boehringer Ingelheim with a competitive advantage.
