As we prepare for the FIFA World Cup 2026 (USA, CANADA, MEXICO), we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Travel Project Manager to lead the organization of tours to this major global event.
RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management: Develop and implement strategies for organizing and selling tours for FIFA World Cup 2026.Planning and Budgeting: Create plans, manage project budgets, and oversee costs and timelines.Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, airlines, hotels, and local partners.Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality customer experience, from booking to on-site support.Team Leadership: Assemble and coordinate the project team.Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote tours and drive sales.REQUIREMENTSExperience: At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in tourism, sports, or event industries.Tourism and Events Expertise: Knowledge of the specifics of sports tourism and international events is an advantage.Management Skills: Proven experience working with teams, partners, and contractors.Travel Requirements: A valid U.S. visa or the ability to obtain one.Ability to travel on business trips.BENEFITSSalary: Competitive (negotiable during the interview).Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses upon successful project completion.Travel Opportunities: Attend sports events, inspection trips, and partner meetings.Dream Team: Join a young, ambitious team with the chance to be part of the largest football tournament in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.Pay: $25,000,000.00 - $35,000,000.00 per year
