??• Participate in large global programs which help High-Tech Clients (mainly in North America) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for Growth & High Performance.• Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects.?? Qualifications:Studies• Completed degree studies (E.g., Business Administration Bachelor, Digital Business, Industrial engineers, or similar) (Mandatory)Experience• 2-4 years of work experience.
At least 2 in CMT companies – (Mandatory).• Experience in projects related with Transformation (Desirable)• Experience in Process Design, Mapping, process improvement (Desirable)• Experience in Management Consulting (Desirable).Skills• Advanced excel level (Mandatory).• Project Management / PMO (Knowledge: Mandatory / Experience: desirable).• Data Analytics / Business Intelligence (Mandatory)• Agile Methodology (Desirable).• Change Management (Desirable).• VRO and Agile/Scrum (Desirable)??¡A unique workplace.
