Hostess For All Inclusive Fishing Lodge - Advanced/Bilingual English

We are hiring fun, sparkly and professional hostesses for an all-nclusive fishing operation located in Piedra del Aguila, Neuquen.

We're looking for highly motivated hostesses who can work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest centric environment.

As a Hostess you will work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best experience to our guests during their stay at the lodge by:

- Greeting guests at the airport.
- Driving guests from the airport to the lodge.
- Welcoming guests at the lodge, introducing them to the rest of the staff and explaining to them theservices we offer at the ranch (laundry service, Wi-Fi, etc.).
- Engaging in friendly conversation and entertaining guests during cocktail hour every evening before and during dinner.
- Offering extra activities and arranging those with guests according to their wishes.
- Horseback riding with guests.
- Hiking with guests.
- Museum tours with guests.
- Wine tasting with guests.
- Kayaking with guests.
- Wine presentation every night before dinner with our sommelier in front of guests.

Requirements

- Must be between 23 and 35 years of age.
- Fluent in English. Must be able to communicate clearly with guests, supervisor and fellow employees.
- Excellent organization and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently display courtesy, etiquette, warmth and enthusiasm.
- Superior time management and task prioritization.
- Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in professional manner.
- Willingness to assist co-workers and guests beyond normal job duties.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
- Ability to drive.
- Ability to horseback ride and do outdoor activities.
- Women only.

Please note this is a seasonal/temporary position (from November 1 to April 15 approx.)

Due to the seasonal nature of the hospitality industry, and the fact that the lodge provides guest services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all employees will be required to live at the ranch. Housing and meals are included.Employees will have 1 ½ days off per week.
