What will be your mission?As Hotel Director, you will oversee daily hotel operations and provide leadership and strategic direction to all departments, supporting service culture, maximizing operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
You will plan and supervise team activities to ensure smooth and profitable business operations.
What will you do?Analyze operational reports and hotel account management, studying various parameters and their evolution.Develop the hotel's annual budgets based on commercial objectives, market conditions, environment, and historical sales data.Ensure costs and productivity are aligned with revenue performance.Manage the hotel's commercial activities with the sales department, designing rate structures based on commercial policy, occupancy levels, and market trends.Identify commercial opportunities, contact potential clients, and present hotel services.
Explore additional business potential from in-house guests and seek new guests.Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to maximize room revenue.Implement corporate policies and projects in coordination with relevant departments (CRM & Loyalty, Marketing, Quality, Customer Experience).Communicate with customers as needed, welcoming guests, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing information.Represent the hotel and company within local communities.Regularly inspect facilities and enforce health and safety standards.Monitor and develop team performance through supervision, professional development, evaluations, and recognition.Recruit, interview, and train new team members.What are we looking for?At least 2 years of experience as a Deputy Manager, preferably in a similarly sized and complex hotel.International experience and/or experience in multiple hotels is highly valued.Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields.Knowledge of revenue management principles and commercial policies.Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office, Front Office systems).Fluency in the local language and high proficiency in English.Results-oriented with attention to detail.Strong commercial awareness and sales skills.Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.Why choose us?At Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, we are committed to shaping exciting careers and fostering cross-cultural experiences.
