We are looking to hire a HR Jr Analyst to drive and secure the high quality, effectiveness and efficiency of HR Administration (including external Payroll process).
Responsibilities:
:Ensure that all relevant HR policies, procedures and guidelines are followed and meet all legislative requirements
:HR Administration: conduct all the activities related to 3rd Party Payroll Vendor and HR Administration management, including:
* Monthly payroll activities
* Certificates
* Vacation control and other licenses
* Benefits: control and follow up on medical insurance, life insurance and all other benefits for employees.
* Physical files,
* HR vendor management
:Ensure compliance with local law, employee rights and with the company's code of conduct.
:Consistent and accurate PanLink system data entry and transactional processing
Qualifications:
:Advance student (less than 2 years to finish) or Bachelor's degree preferably with a diploma in Business/Economics, HR, Legal or related disciplines.
:Good orientation in all major HR functional areas
:Min. 2 years of human resources experience
