Project Description: To lead HR Argentina processes ramp-up and to become HR Operations key point of contact for all Luxoft Argentina employees.
Responsibilities: Site Ramp-up: Establish all critical processes and policies for HR compliance in new Legal Entity.Main point of contact with local Labor Lawyers for site ramp-up.Main point of contact with Payroll vendor to establish the operations.Main point of contact with Health Insurance and benefits vendors.LuxTown page design.HR Operations: Master Data Management in LuxStaff: Hires, terminations, Vacations, Transfers, etc.New Hires and On Boarding.Terminations.Payroll.SD employees' requests.Immigration: Responsible for supervising Immigration cases and assure all foreigners are in compliance.Assure compliance with legislation, annual employers updated form and support HR Director in Immigration audits.Labor Relations Specialist: Main point of contact with lawyers.Keep current in all legislation changes and align new policies / guidelines correspondingly: Outsourcing, Remote work, etc.Policies and Procedures Administration: Support HR Director in Benefits administration.Support HR Director in Benefits analysis.Keep Benefits policy updated.HR Ops Vendors Administration: Payroll, Legal services, Immigration services, etc.
