Role Overview As an HR Generalist, you will facilitate daily HR functions, support department and organizational goals, and handle various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities Implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment Monitor compensation and benefits plans Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees Organize training and development initiatives Conduct employee onboarding Address employee requests and grievances promptly Maintain HR procedures in compliance with labor regulations Maintain employee files and records (electronic and paper) Perform receptionist duties when needed Handle generalist duties for the Buenos Aires office, including maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, budgets, shopping, logistics, and coordination Be flexible to undertake additional duties outside of this scope as required Qualifications Fluent in English At least 2 years of experience in HR administrative roles Tech-savvy Excellent written and oral communication skills Attention to detail and quality Solution-oriented mindset Self-starter and team player Ability to multitask and prioritize Full-time and onsite availability Residency in Buenos Aires, Argentina Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Human Resources Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing at Sophilabs by 2x.
