My client are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their growing business in a fast-paced environment.
They are looking for someone who has ideally worked in technology, Fintech, or a regulated organization where they have been part of the growth from a small to medium business; but at the very least an individual with a commercial background.
This role would suit a HR generalist who has been operating a Senior HR Advisory level, or a HR Manager who is keen to work in a growing business and remain operational.
Duties of the HR Manager will include:
- Providing HR leadership and coaching regarding all people matters.
- You will work strategically to embed innovative people practices and that are aligned to organisation values and growth plans.
- You will be responsible for creating and carrying out excellent talent attraction and acquisition processes.
- Implementing effective and scalable people operations procedures that will support the organisation through any future growth.
- Using cost effective learning solutions across the business, with a focus on management development, talent development and internal mobility.
- Ensuring excellent employee lifecycle, including using employee insights to identify and feedback areas for improvement regarding engagement and rentention.
- You will effectively resolve all HR matters in a timely and efficient manner.
Skills and qualifites of the HR Manager should include:
- Proven experience working in a HR Generalist role within a fast growing company or business.
- Experiencing of creating management development programmes.
- Ability to work autonomously, and collaborate with senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise work in an evolving environment.
- A positive outlook on problem solving with a willingness to be flexible when approaching problems.
