Influence and coach managers to enhance leadership capabilities, employee engagement, and performance management.
Utilize data analytics to drive HR decision-making, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with global direction and support business objectives.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create an inclusive and high-performing workplace in the region.
Qualifications Proven hands-on 5-7 years of experience in HR or a similar strategic HR role in a global company.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to challenge business decisions constructively and provide strategic HR solutions.
Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR analytics and trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Having a collaborative and approachable style.
Experience with change management and organizational development.
