How will you make an impact? (Objetive) To efficiently and professionally partner and support various business leaders, stakeholders, and employees in key business areas, to ensure that business goals are realized while organizational capabilities are developed in a fast-paced matrix organization, in the Rest Of Latin America Region with emphasis on Argentina, Chile, Colombia & Peru.

What will you do? (Responsabilities)

- Develop the HR model in South America, Andean Region and Central Countries.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and realize appropriate people plans to allow business growth plans to be met
- Support the management of employee relations and HR Operations with business areas to enhance workforce performance and productivity, identifying and addressing people and organizational risk.
- Recommend and implement strategies for developing and maintaining a positive engaged work environment .
- Support the development of manager capability. Provide coaching and feedback to managers on talent management activities including performance management, training and development, organizational capability assessment, strategy and planning
- Partner with HR platforms (Centers of Expertise) to facilitate annual calibration and compensation planning processes, prepare for talent reviews, and understanding of development opportunities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition platform to drive candidate attraction and recruitment strategies and processes including review and approval of requisitions, participation on interview panels for key roles.
- Develop and implement change initiatives with client groups to drive organizational alignment.
- Prepare HR Management Information to gain greater insight into the trends and to support actions to improve people related metrics in line with business goals
- Assist employees as a focal point for benefits, payroll, HR policies and procedures; responding to emails, calls and solving issues on time or escalating issues, when necessary.
- Perform back-office transactions for benefits, payroll and HR data, such as: reports, inclusion of payments, request for services for external providers, support and training of HR systems.
- Reach and follow the performance goals with adherence to the agreed services.
- Participate in projects related to the implementation of systems, definition of roles and responsibilities of global and local Colleague Services.
How will you get here? Career:
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
- MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- 5-10 years p roven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Excellent communication abilities
- Leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- Fully bilingual in English
