Job Responsibilities Perform a wide variety of advanced customer service and HR Transactional Support for First Data’s HR global service center. Coordinate closely with team members who support other critical human resource processes, systems and data maintenance. Consults, advises and instructs managers and HR community in regards to Position Management. Responsible for escalated issues from HR Associates, second level support and coordinating work activity for HR Associates. Provide guidance and transactional support to employees for complex issues related to position management. Responds to moderate to complex inquiries related to position management and performs research to achieve problem resolution. Requires extensive knowledge of company position management policies and processes. Documents and updates position management transaction procedures. Researches escalated issues and provides guidance and direction to team members. Partners with other departments to resolve issues. May work directly with various HR Service Centers globally to complete moderately complex projects and analysis.
Scope of Job

Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. 2-4 years experience in a corporate environment. 1+ year experience strongly preferred in a global company; 1+ year strongly preferred in technical or customer experience; Analytical skills is strongly preferred; and PeopleSoft experience preferred. Basic knowledge of payroll and HRMS systems, procedures, and practices required Ability to use technology in both standard and creative ways to accomplish goals, improve efficiency and solve problems.
