In collaboration with other HR Analysts, she/he will be responsible for validating requests in Workday, managing Mobility shared mailbox, answering or redirecting employees' questions, supporting the cases presented and following through with requests from CoEs and employees during their different mobility processes.Job Responsibilities Validate and execute different processes in myHR (changing expat dates, launching One Time Payments for expats, etc.
) Track pending requests and processes and follow up with the employees for completion.
Check all documentation is recollected and stored in our database. Keep an up to date tracker of the cases worked by the team and the status of each one. Manage Mobility Mailbox: receive and answer questions directed to the mailbox from employee, vendors or CoEs. Complete related tasks: contract/letter/documents, pre-boarding, benefits enrolment, leave status, off-boarding, employee file, etc. Escalate complex issues and requests to the CoE and work together to define an action plan. Work with payroll & Account payables payments expats should receive and payment of HR external vendors. Make sure all vendors are registered in the company in order to pay their invoices. Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements: College degree in human resources, administration or similar fields. 1-2 years of pertinent Mobility processes experience Knowledge of Workday Solutions, Excel functions, Google G-Suite will be a plus. Language Requirements: English: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1] Spanish mandatory: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1] Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships. Highly self-motivated, able to work fairly autonomously with general direction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven problem solving ability and successful conflict resolution.
