Mondelez International is looking for:HR Soft Coordinator (Pacheco Plant).
Principle Accountabilities:
•Talent Management Cycle: Performance management, talent review, succession planning.
•Support the Plant Leadership Team to build great teams applying Team Effectiveness tools.
•Assure High Performance Organization Culture Support the Integrated Systems Pillars agenda regarding Communication, Structure, People, Tasks, Decisions and Recognition.
•Organization Pillar Owner: Responsible for report the scorecard to region and lead the pillar agenda.
•Leadership Development: Assure the strategy to Leadership Development (coaching program, Leadership for the future, Succession planning).
•Trainings and onboarding.
•Communication Strategy.
Skills required:
University Degree: HR, Business Administration, Psychology.
Previous work experience in Manufacturing Plants.
5 years of experience in similar roles: HR Business Partner, Learning & Development, Performance Management.
Knowledge in TPM and Integrated Lean Six Sigma.
English fluency.
