Hse Specialist

Oversee and assure that the Security function, across business sections,and conforms and complies with the company's Security and Safety policy, functional strategy, performance targets and local legislation.
Support the management in ensuring effective integration of Security and safety in the business. Measurement criteria: Internal customer satisfaction.
Lead security and safety activities and create strong relationships between the business organisation and Sec. and Safety functions. Measurement criteria:Internal customer satisfaction.
Provide support to internal and external audit processes in verifying compliance and improvements within the area of health, safety and the environment. Measurement criteria: Internal customer satisfaction
Define the legislative Security and Safety training requirements and support Training Department in developing and implementing compliant training programs to meet the requirements. Provide Safety wind training. Measurement criteria: Employee safety awareness training, qualification of Sec. and Safety professionals.
The employee is obliged to stay oriented about Management system and the procedures that has a significance to the position and to conduct the work according to the requirements in the system.
