We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join us. This position requires a high energy, experienced professional with strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities
Assist with new hire onboarding processes; in completion of onboarding forms, I-9 verification forms and e-verify, payroll forms, and preparation of new hire announcements
Scanning and uploading all necessary employment documents such as; onboarding and performance evaluation documents to associateâ??s GFR files
Partner with HR Manager on staffing objectives
Coordinate interview schedules for all professional, operational and administrative candidates
Assist with all campus recruiting initiatives, including setting up and participating in on-site and external job fairs, and the firmâ??s Summer Leadership Program
Prepare semi-monthly payroll notices in collaboration with Payroll Department
Managing time & attendance tool, ensuring data is reviewed in a timely and accurate manner for payroll periods
Assist with exit interview process
Assist with monthly tracking reports for regional results pertaining to hiring/terminations/recruiting/HR budget processes
Provide event planning assistance for firm-wide or office events, in collaboration with Office Manager
Ad hoc projects and other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelorâ??s degreeâ?? Business Administration, Human Resource Management or relevant field preferred Or 2-4 years of Administrative experience and high school diploma
Experience in Human Resources preferred
Experience supporting a public accounting or professional services firm preferred
Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, and ability to maintain confidentiality in all HR matters and firm matters
Work cross functionally with HR professionals in multiple geographies
Intellectually curious to understand CA employment related laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint required
Familiarity with SAGE HCM system is a plus
Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to listen effectively. Attentive to details
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities and projects within deadlines
Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities are a plus
Ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment while applying specialized proficiencies of a human resources professional
Team player with desire to be an active participant within the organization
Flexibility and openness to work on a variety of assignments; able to multi-task
Ability to learn processes quickly and apply the knowledge
Strong desire to maintain a customer service approach focused on exceeding expectations in all areas
