About the positionWe are seeking a high-energy individual with exceptional attention to detail, capable and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
We need experienced HR professionals with creative thinking to adapt in a fast-growing company, meet client needs, and continue to foster client loyalty.

What you'll doSupport onboarding of new hires, including payroll setup and benefit enrollments.Provide senior-level support to clients by negotiating employment contracts and onboarding employees internationally.Manage local payroll providers, benefits brokers, HR advisors, and other partners.Respond to client queries, advising on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting, and HR matters.Serve as regional HR expert for Africa.Advise clients on market norm benefits.Manage client relationships with the client services team.Handle ongoing client matters, resolving queries efficiently.Negotiate with potential and existing clients, including expansion efforts.Collaborate with teams to identify and implement service improvements.Apply creative thinking and negotiate win-win solutions for clients, team members, and the company.What we're looking forBS/BA in Human Resources, International Business, Law, or related field, or equivalent experience.4-6 years HR experience.Excellent communication skills in written and spoken language.Experience working with international teams and clients.Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones.Technical fluency and experience with MS Office and SharePoint.Strong account management and customer service skills.Payroll experience is a plus.Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.Experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.Creative problem-solving skills.Reliable, organized, and professional communication skills.What we can offer youOur employees are our key to success.
