Identity & Access Management - Team Lead OpsResponsibilities: Acting as a Shift Lead - Prioritize workload and responsibilities for self and subordinates in order to ensure that Service Level Agreements are satisfied.Must be proficient at all Business As Usual and project related security administration functions; ensuring access is granted in accordance with the Access Security Policy, established standards, and procedures.Promotes policy awareness and performs required training for technology users.Implements Information Risk processes, procedures, and monitors follow-up actions.Makes recommendations to senior management regarding policy related strategies, processes, and software.Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Information Security products, policies, and processes.
Provide consulting services to our JPMC business partners as it relates to security access.Coaches junior team members as appropriate.Participate in review and implementation of security related projects for upgrades and new technology as required.Participate in audit support activities, as they pertain to Information Security for both internal and external audits as required.Qualifications: 5+ years of related working experience.Must have an extensive understanding of information security policies and practices.Availability to work Mon - Fri 9 am - 6 pm and some of our National Holidays.ACF2 Security software/SQL/Oracle/Sybase Database administration will be an added advantage.Must be familiar with service delivery management.Must have exceptional analytical skills.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.Must have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Must be able to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex security access issues.Must have good leadership skills.Shifts/On-call/weekend support will be required and will be explicitly communicated and agreed.Understanding of key controls and how they impact the business from an operational or systems perspective.Good knowledge on Problem, Change, and Incident management skills.Working knowledge on the following areas: risk, governance, audit management, SOX.Key Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills.Professional and committed.Demonstrate advanced problem solving skills.Proactive, driven, and able to work from their own initiative.Flexible with regard to working shifts, On-Call & weekends.Work well under pressure.Show discretion with use of system authority.Team player.J.P.
