Key Responsibilities
- Participates in projects to onboard new customers by creating scoping documents and preparing project meetings
- Supports the technical boarding of customers by taking ownership of the actual system and platform setup through collaboration with the Global Boarding team
- Implementation management (e.g. completion of on-boarding documentation), including internal upward communication
- Provide support in troubleshooting any issues customers might run into
- Planning and conducting training/demos on product functionality during merchant induction including customisation of materials
- Monitoring customer go-lives and opportunities for optimisation
- Ensuring smooth and seamless hand-off to Corporate Support
- Complete post implementation care calls
- Create knowledge articles and best practice guides and templates to help customers going live faster and minimizing delays and mistakes during the implementation
- Keep CRM up to date on the progress of initiatives you’re working on.

Experience
- Keen interest in eCommerce and payments
- Experience analysing complex situations and defining solutions
- Experience with process optimisation and reducing chances of mistakes happening
- 3+ years of experience supporting client accounts
- Desirable
- Payments, eCommerce or Web development integration experience
- Working experience using web services and APIs built on SOAP or REST and using XML or JSON. CSS or HTML. Mobile experience is a plus
