We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team
The Work Youll Do
You will be responsible for managing the effective completion of day to day tactical activities needed for the implementation of Sovos software solutions, collaborating as well with ICII and SIC on high complexity projects/project tasks.
More specifically, you will:
Act as primary point of contact during the implementation process for the client, managing project plan with both external and internal parties
Complete technical configuration tasks
Complete thorough Client Procedures documents which include all configuration details and any other necessary information
Identify and suggest improvements to processes, documents, tools, reports, etc. to benefit the new customer implementation process
Learn implementation processes and procedures, suggest improvements throughout
Lead weekly touch points with clients to come up with technology:based solutions to solve business problems
Perform a seamless, documented and thorough transition after implementation is complete
Prepare project plans for basic assigned tasks, balancing commitments across multiple projects
Provide training as necessary to clients
Understand the client business logic and translate those requirements into technical specifications, develop the customizations, manage the configuration process and manage the testing process through sign:off
What we need from you
1:2 years experience in software/professional services company or electronic business to government compliance.
Fluent English skills required (written and verbal).
Moderate travel required to Sovos locations/ events and client onsites.
Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments and projects.
Strong time management, organizational and decision:making skills.
