Your ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing non-traditional go-to market approaches that guarantee market potential maximization.Developing an out-of-the-box mindset and capabilities within the team.Implement tactical plans/projects to maximize the value of the brand(s) through life cycle management.Leverage on Digital activities to support execution of In-Market Brands strategy.Manage the entire BU with a holistic digital strategy.Plan the supply and demand for products within the area of responsibility.Reporting progress and insights regularly to key stakeholders involved.Manage digital landing platforms aimed to support digital marketing activities.Creating collaborations and synergies across LACan in-market peer teams.Commitment to Diversity & InclusionWe are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.
Minimum RequirementsWhat You'll Bring to the RoleAlmost 5 years of experience in the pharma industry.Ability to negotiate, handle difficult situations.Ability to handle internal relationships, navigate the matrix.
