POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide proactive line capacity analysis to support demand for mass production and new products in terms of equipment, fixtures, and layout.
Lead space planning activities to support capacity requirements, expansion projects, and layout optimization activities.
Lead standard time validation and generation activities for mass production and new product models.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Capacity Planning: Lead capacity and standard time related activities to support capacity expansion and safety improvements.Space Planning: Lead product transfer layout and line setup activities.
Conduct layout assessments and submit proposals to cater product transfers.
Collaborate with Facilities, Indirect Purchasing (MRO), EHS, Production, Support teams, and other stakeholders in the finalization of product transfer line setup proposals.
Submit cost requirement summary and request for budget approval to execute space planning activities.Support improvement activities on product transfer areas to attain any needed capacity expansion, safety improvements, and productivity improvements.
Support the standard time generation and update for transfer products.Standard Time Validation: Validate and generate standard times for production processes. KNOWLEDGE:Capacity Analysis: Methods-Time Measurement and Production ManagementDrawing Applications (AutoCAD, DraftSight)Project ManagementAdvanced Microsoft Excel ProficiencyProficiency in English communication (written and oral) QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of any engineering course like Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing EngineeringAt least 3 years exposure in any related field
