Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
We’ll look to you to work with best-of-the-breed
security systems, assisting in their implementation and tuning their
configuration. Using your testing skills, you’ll carry out vulnerability
assessments on our systems and applications and make suggestions for
improvement. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to remediate
vulnerabilities and work on projects to find solutions. The position requires knowledge
in handling security solutions such as: Endpoint Security, Firewall, IDS/IPS,
SIEM, Proxy, WAF, Vulnerability Scanner, among others
We need you to have a degree in computing or
information systems, 7+ years of information security and/or network security
experience. CISSP certified or any other recognized security certification
preferred. Extensive experience managing projects from beginning to end. Able
to work and provide results under minimal supervision. Experience working with multidisciplinary
IT, Security and Business teams. You have strong experience with Windows and
Linux operating systems, network protocols, and perimeter protection
technologies. Solid knowledge of security architectures and standards. Solid
understanding of local cybersecurity and privacy regulations. Excellent people
skills to relate to others, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to work
together toward the common goals. You will need to be able to communicate
effectively and lead meetings with technical and non-technical teams in English
and Spanish.
