Infrastructure Analyst

Global Financial Group is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join its IT team within the Buenos Aires office. This role aims to action the day to day operation of delivering and maintaining an effective and efficient IT infrastructure across the organization that is resilient and fit for purpose. Ensuring all servers, network equipment, storage, desktop/laptop, data/voice links and telephony are optimized and backed up as well as having well planned and tested disaster recovery procedures, testing/implementing new projects as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the existing technical infrastructure of IT systems, and to assist the IT Manager in best practice for requirements analysis, planning, design, deployment and ongoing operations management and technical support of the company's infrastructure
• Provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals
• Daily process control and monitor

Requirements:
• Advanced student or Bachelor's Degree in information technology or computer science
• Intermediate/advanced English skills
• Intermediate Portuguese skills is a plus
• 1 year of work experience in infrastructure architecture, data centers, servers, and network
• Knowledge and skill sets to install, configure, maintain and support networks

Technical skills:
• Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DFS, DHCP
• Virtualization (VMWare, HyperV)
• Knowledge of Networking (Firewall, Routers, Switch)
