Job Responsibilities:Dar soporte en la implementación de nuevas líneas de fabricación y el cumplimiento de la cadencia de producción OEE.Aplicar herramientas de la Industria 4.0, como Gemelos Digitales, simulación de procesos y análisis de datos en tiempo real para la optimización de la producción.Colaborar en la automatización de procesos mediante integración con sistemas MES y otras plataformas digitales.Diseño y optimización de layout y flujo de materiales en planta, considerando dispositivos, estanterías, carros y sendas.Definición y actualización de la Hoja de Operaciones en cada puesto, incluyendo la capacitación y seguimiento de su implementación.Medición y establecimiento de tiempos estándar de fabricación, aplicando mejoras mediante balanceo de líneas y re-layouts.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
