Position Purpose The Intake Team Lead position will provide Red Carpet treatment to all our clients as well as a proven track record of success in meeting deadlines and managing time.
The candidate should be able to lead and advise a team of Virtual Intake Specialists, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Additionally, the candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Compensation: $7/hr + Performance bonus
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 1pm-10pm EST & Saturday 8am-5pm EST
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Create and execute training for new team membersFacilitate weekly team meetings to review questions and process updatesLead team members to follow standard processesLearn, memorize, and research the case types we offer at the firm per Attorney's guidelinesQualify each client for a potential case type based on Attorney's direction, training, FAQ documents, and other communicationsReview case pricing with clients and determine the best payment option to start a recommended case typeUse the Attorney's approved ethical sales scripts to convert potential leads into admitted clientsConvert qualified leads into clients based on the benefits and values of each case typeSchedule and follow up with all leads that have potential case typesAssist with escalating phone calls from dissatisfied clients or clients requesting additional informationWork effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, growth environmentExhibit excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectivelyMaintain impeccable organizational skills and attention to detailApply strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrioritize tasks and delegate when appropriateEnjoy working in results-driven environmentsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareMinimum Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareHigh School Diploma or equivalentKnowledge of project management softwareCreative thinking skillsAbility to analyze metrics for feedback and improvement points
