ROLE DESCRIPTION
The position is assigned to the Global Finance Shared Services Department and will operate under the supervision of the Regional Head of NA Cash Collections. We will set a up a SWAT Termination Team that will be responsible of providing commercial and legal support globally to all finance department related to non:payment situations. The team evaluates, approves and overseas the creation of suspension and terminations letters for all the regions. In addition, the team will monitor policies and SOP executions, and constantly migrates task from global commercial teams.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
:
Contract drafting and execution.
:
Capacity to track and report volume and approval figures.
:
Provide basic commercial support to global teams.
:
Assist and draft suspension and termination letters
:
Do accounting entries. Provide reporting features to stakeholders.
:
Provide assistance and communicate with business operations.
WORK EXPERIENCE
:
Customer service experience is a plus. The same applies to work and travel / foreign exchange experiences.
:
Shared service experience is a plus as well.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
:
University Student (Mandatory). Legal, Commercial and Accounting background is preferred.
:
Eager to learn and develop. Fast learner.
:
Excel and accounting expertise is a big plus.
:
Intermediate:Advance English language skills.
:
Additional Intermediate:Advance Portuguese/German/French/Italian language skills are a plus (non:mandatory).

Proactive and social personality.

Ability to work in teams.

Duration: Must be available for up to 18 months for the Internship
