ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Finance Operations Clerk in AP LAC you will be able to execute operational tasks independently.
Gain a good knowledge of standard processes and related transactions and maintain good relationship with external and internal customers.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Your main activities will be:
Invoice reception and verification (hard copies)
Scanning room and archiving tasks
CAE Control/verification
Workflow handling (upload scanned invoices to ISP system)
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Experience working within Accounts Payable related field is preferable but not essential
Working experience within a Shared Service Centre is preferable but not essential
Experience with SAP system is preferable but not essential
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Fluent in English (oral & written)
Quick learner, adaptable and able to use own initiative
Organization & time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task
Proactive and responsible approach to customer support
Team player
Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
Good command of MS Office (Excel-Word and Outlook)
