International Software & Service Technician

Do you want to travel the world for us and work with our high-tech and innovative products? Do you want to visit the Chinese wall or maybe enjoy the nature of New Zealand? Then this is the perfect job for you! You will perform installation and service tasks for our customers on site. Our customers are located worldwide, international communication should not be a problem for you (travel frequency 70%). Are you independent? Great! Because a large amount of independency is expected of you. But don’t worry, we have a close team of service engineers to support you. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken are essential for this function, because you are the front piece of the company!

Responsibilities:

- Commissioning of the systems including user trainings
- Acceptance and coordination of support cases
- Error analyses

The ideal candidate:
A completed study in a related (technical) field such as computer science, automation or electronics with some knowledge in the field of machine automation/controlling.

- Analytical skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Driver’s license B
- Some understanding of programming (scripting, java)
- Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems & Microsoft applications
- Experience with server hardware, storage & network technology (TCP/IP)
