Join us in redefining payroll services for the modern era.This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as anInternational Tax Analyst - Personal Income Taxjoining ourTaxteam.What you bringA Bachelor's degree in Law, economics or related areas, preferably with a Post-Graduate or Master's degree in TaxationPrior experience and proficiency with personal income tax compliance (including withholding taxes on payroll), with at least 3 years of aggregate experience, with a consultancy background being considered a plusPrior experience in a startup also considered as a plusYou have proven advisory and compliance experience across personal income tax and employment taxes, both local and cross-border (as well as with tax treaties)You have strong analytical skills and a high attention to detailYou keep track of recent updates in tax topics that are relevant for personal tax compliance (e.g. EESC Programme Taxation of cross-border teleworkers)You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholdersWrites and speaks fluent English.
