-Internet Services Problem management and coordination

-Assist during troubleshooting

-Coordinate/conduct investigation/SWAT teams

-Create/Update documentation

-Change management reviewer

-Ensure S&C; compliance 13;

Job Role Responsibilities 13;

Position Specific required Skills: (up to 3 yrs. of experience)

-Understanding of infrastructure processes and practices.

-Basic understanding of computing concepts (, webservers, scripting, operating systems, computer hardware components, virtualization, Windows, Linux, Networking (basic routing, firewalls and proxy)

-Motivated to learn and leverage new technologies and tools

-Strong analytical and problem solving skills

-Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

-Process oriented

Skills considered an advantage:

-Prior Infrastructure experience.

-Prior Experience in Network, DNS, Web Applications, Server or Client groups, DNS, Networking, Active Directory

-Devops / Agile knowledge & experience

-Linux/Unix general knowledge and basic support

-Basic understanding of authentication protocols

-Basic understanding of SSL certificates (https)

-Basic understanding of Cybersecurity

-Basic understanding of DMZ concepts 13;
