Kenexa is a leading RPO company Recruitment Process Outsourcing, in search for bilingual Recruiters to support clients from different industries, mainly located in the US.
As a Sr. Recruiter, you will generate candidates and leads that are a good fit for the hiring needs of our Global Clients. Through your research and/or networking, you will map Companies, help develop a sourcing database, and identify qualified candidates. Your success will be primarily measured by the number of qualified candidates that you present for the position and the speed in which you do so.
Responsibilities:
: Identify, phone screen and present candidates to client.
: Develop candidate interest for available positions and client companies.
: Talent Management Tools usage.
: Provide results in reportable format Internet Research.
: Search the internet on job boards, using search engines, through user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates
: Head Hunting, identifying target companies, user groups, professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates.
Requirements:
: Bilingual/Advanced level of English written and oral to recruit candidates in the US
: University degree obtained or in progress.
: Minimum of 1.5 year of experience in Recruiting Preferred U.S. Recruiting
: Process Management.
: Highly organized and detail oriented.
: Ability to multitask.
: Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
