We are seeking a dedicated IT Global PMO Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. YOUR ROLE The IT PMO Procurement Specialist conducts sourcing activities to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings.
Reviews contracts, terms, and service level agreements.
Additionally, the IT PMO Procurement Specialist inputs and tracks procurement data.
This position is open in Brazil (Sao Paulo), Argentina (Buenos Aires), Philippines, and Thailand.

Manage direct procurement processes, including purchasing or obtaining raw materials, resources, goods, and services for manufactured goods.Evaluate and source potential suppliers strategically.Maintain advantageous relationships with suppliers and manage disputes.Monitor supplier performance for optimal business operations.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and laws.Resource Management: Develop initiatives to improve procurement performance for outsourced activities.Collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.PO & Budget Management: Manage procurement budgets, strategies, and payment processes.Oversee the procure-to-pay process, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payments.Finance & Reporting: Forecast future demand for goods, services, and requisitions.Track key metrics and KPIs to reduce costs.Analyze procurement data, conduct spend analysis, and prepare reports.Training: Create, update, and revise guides and manuals for processes and procedures.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? University degree in IT, Business, or related field.1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.Strong communication skills—oral and written—to build and maintain supplier relationships.Project management skills, including planning, delegation, and evaluation.Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of vendor outreach, inventory management, and contract negotiation.Strong influencing skills to foster collaboration.Excellent team player.Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is a plus.Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
